Hardware Acceptance & Deployment Protocols
To maintain absolute system integrity and prevent physical damage to multi-layer hardware system boards or network switches, all B2B clients must execute our standardized engineering acceptance workflow upon shipment receipt:
1. Physical Verification & Inventory Audit
Inspect the physical chassis packaging. Confirm that the tamper-evident security labels on SOUKA high-concurrency servers and multi-channel encoders are completely intact. Document any shipping-related chassis deformation prior to power-on execution.
2. Dry Lab Isolation Configuration
Before deploying hardware onto active, converged client networks, engineers must run a standalone dry bench test. Boot the hardware in a localized network loop to verify firmware revisions and check status indicator light baselines.
3. Local Port & Multicast Alignment
Activate IGMP Snooping on local Layer 3 switches. Configure dedicated, isolated VLAN IDs for the incoming streaming feeds to prevent network broadcast storms or packet collisions with existing corporate data loops.
4. Deployment Acceptance & License Activation
Initialize the software licenses and lock down system admin passwords. Once active multicast streams are verified stable for 24 continuous run-hours, the deployment is legally classified as "Accepted," initiating the 36-month warranty matrix.

Intellectual Property & Firmware Lockout
SOUKA retains exclusive ownership of all compiled Linux-core operating system images, proprietary RESTful API structures, and micro-chipset layout schematics. Under these terms, clients are strictly prohibited from executing reverse-engineering passes, binary extraction loops, or unauthorized firmware modifications on SOUKA secure bootloader kernels.
Exclusion of Consequential Outage Damages
SOUKA delivers enterprise-class hardware built to rigid industrial standards. However, we do not accept liability for operational revenue loss, guest room downtime (hotel PMS disconnects), broadcast outages, or local data packet corruption caused by unmanaged switches, incorrect VLAN shaping, or third-party network aggregation failures.
OEM/ODM Customization & NDAs
All custom physical-chassis laser etchings, proprietary hardware hardware system routing calibrations, and localized white-label branding assets compiled under ODM contracts are protected under strict mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). These custom specifications will never be deployed or distributed to SOUKA's generic product fleet.
