Project Background

Jinzuo Hotel is located at No. 1316, Zhujiangyuan Avenue South. The hotel offers comfortable and elegant guest rooms and suites equipped with modern facilities to create a warm and pleasant stay. The hotel features a smart laundry room with washing, ironing, and drying functions, a gym, and full Wi-Fi coverage. It also has 5 multi-functional meeting rooms and 6 luxurious banquet halls to meet the needs of various business meetings, weddings, celebrations, and social events.

Project Requirements

As a high-end hotel that prioritizes guest experience, the Pan Zhihua Licheng Hotel found its existing television system inadequate for the needs of modern guests. Traditional television signal transmission methods offered limited programming, complex operation, and failed to align with the hotel's brand image. Therefore, the hotel management decided to comprehensively upgrade the television system, introducing an intelligent and customized IPTV solution to achieve the following goals:

1. Enhance user experience: Simplify operation processes and provide richer programming content (live broadcasts, on-demand, etc.).
2. Strengthen brand image: Customize a unique UI interface that harmonizes with the hotel's overall style.
3. Improve operational efficiency: Support backend management for easier content updates and maintenance.

Project Requirements

Solution

This project uses the SOUKA brand to build network systems, IPTV systems, IPPBX telephone systems, guest control systems, and optical network systems. After the overall multiple services are built in a unified manner in the core computer room, they are aggregated and services are divided using a core switch. All services are converted to optical fiber in the computer room through optical network equipment OLT. The optical fiber is delivered to each floor through the weak current shaft and uses a 1-in-32-out optical splitter to reach the weak current box in each room. ONU is used to enable communication between multiple services and the computer room.
